Event description

These events are mandatory for SBMs and vital to the smooth operational running of all schools.


The workshops cover a variety of different subjects relating to Finance, HR, Estates, Governance, IT and any other areas of work falling under business operations within schools.


The workshops provide updates and, where appropriate, ‘hands on’ sessions to support schools with:



  • Compliance

  • Reporting and returns

  • Policy and procedure

  • Changes to legislation

  • Best practice


Agendas will be shared with schools ahead of each workshop


 


TRAVEL: 


RFA is between 2 train stations. East Croydon Station (you need to get a bus or taxi to the school from there which takes 5-10mins) or Norwood Junction (15 minute walk or 10 min bus journey).


For parking this is only available on surrounding residential roads.
