Event Summary

This is a two day workshop being held at Aerodrome Academy, aimed at new School Business Managers and finance staff, and will deliver on the following areas:

Day One - 15th January 2020 (9.30 to 4.00pm)

·         REAch2 Structure

·         Reach-in/Intranet

·         Authorisation process

·         Corero coding structure

·         Supplier Maintenance

·         Purchase Order processing

·         Invoice and credit note processing

·         Payment processing

·         Sales Invoice and cash book processing

·         Bank/Ticking reconciliation

 Day Two - 16th January 2020 (9.15 to 4.00pm)

·         Chargecard processing

·         Cashflow Forecast

·         Payroll processing

·         Nominal Ledger

·         Closing the period with month end reporting

You will need to bring a laptop for the two days of training. It will need the ability to log onto the internet.

**Please bring a packed lunch with you to this event**

EYFS leads are required to sign up to each session however, if a time or location is inconvenient, you are more than welcome to sign up to a different cluster.  Teachers other than leads are welcome to the session as additional team members but should not replace the EYFS lead.

When attending the session please ensure that you bring or have access to the following:

A computer that can connect to the internet.

Access to a full suite of EY Otrack reports - live as they will need to be filtered.

Bring any data tracking the school currently completes.

Bring a downloaded or printed copy of the Early Years Outcomes document or development matters.

Bring all baseline evidence for 3 children in all areas of learning, please download any journals before arriving in case online access is limited.

Please download the documents attached to this event prior to the training.
