A programme desgined and hosted by Sir Steve Lancashire, Aspiring Leaders seeks to deepen and enrich delegates’ understanding of leadership through:
• Building the knowledge base, confidence and resilience necessary to effect school improvement in their school settings
• Identifying and harnessing the leadership potential of delegates to support their eventual transition into headship
• Supporting impact through tasks set between sessions
The programme will require delegates to attend 4 sessions which will take place online, however the last session may be a face to face and details will be confirmed nearer the time.
Target Audience: Deputy and Assistant Headteachers who are aspiring to headship.

Session Twelve: Year-End Accounts and Audit
The final 30-minute session covers an introduction to the REAch2 year-end accounts process and so supports the Headteacher in discharging their responsibility and ensuring that submissions are made on time.
Target Audience: New Headteachers and those wishing to refresh their knowledge on the session content.
