There are 3 termly updates throughout the year lasting 1 hour on zoom. Subject leads will need to book on to each session on reach teach as they will be listed separately.

Code: NHIP-PEN-20 New Headteacher Induction Programme: Headteacher Pension Overview

As part of the New Headteacher Programme, newly appointed Headteachers will be invited to attend an overview of the Headteacher Pension on zoom. 

The session will be run by Mala Visram, Pensions Manager for REAch2.

• Tailored mentor development, closely aligned to the programme.


• Guided observations of best practice teaching to help NQTs unpick live models of best practice and support learning opportunities


• Access to a library of complementary tools and resources for NQTs and mentors.


• Full access to Powerful Action Steps (PAS) online mentoring tool for NQTs and mentors
