Excellent mentoring is key to the success of the ECF initiative and every early career teacher must be allocated a dedicated mentor as part of their statutory entitlement. The Early Career Professional Development programme is centred around developing the mentor relationship and includes a focussed learning pathway for mentors.

The Early Career Mentor Conference forms part of this offer providing an excellent opportunity for all ECT Mentors across the trust to come together for a one day event of keynote speeches, presentations and workshops. Full details of the conference will be sent to delegates nearer to the date.
