Facilitated by Cathie Paine, Deputy CEO of REAch2 and qualified mindfulness trainer and Maggie Farrar,* these three leadership insight events we will explore how we can strengthen and cultivate greater awareness, clarity, creativity and compassion in our leadership.
Drawing on the theory and practice of mindfulness, these sessions will build our ability to stay attentive, present and focused, exploring how to handle day to day stress and uncertainty whilst working with inner self judgment and doubt.
Their key aim is to examine our work as leaders in Reach2, strengthening our ability to respond skilfully to complexity and challenge. They will explore the practice of finding joy and gratitude in our daily work and look at what it means to be a whole-hearted leader, embodying the best of who we can be so we can better serve the children in our care - day by day, moment by moment.
There will be the opportunity to follow up each event with on-going guidance for personal practice and you can choose to attend one or all three events.
Target Audience: All Headteachers and central team leaders in REAch2
