The best practice visits for ECT's are for all early career teachers (ECTs) who begin Statutory Induction in September 2021. Teachers who were NQTs in the academic year 2020/21 are warmly invited to join the local face-to-face sessions of this programme within their cluster.
These visits are intended to augment the experience and learning of Early Career Teachers by providing opportunities to observe and analyse aspects of best practice. Sessions will be within clusters and will be linked to elements of the Early Careers Framework and showcase best practice in teaching and learning within REAch2 schools.
Target Audience: Early Career Teachers starting September 2021 and NQTs from last year are welcome to sign up to these sessions via Reach Teach.

Two extra dates have been added for the Summer term and will have a maximum capacity of 20 places each. Please book your preferred date only and as soon as possible to secure your place.
This one-day course, delivered by the Safeguarding and HR teams, covers all aspects of safer recruitment, providing practical opportunities to consider how the principles of safer recruitment can be put into practice in the school setting.
Target Audience: This training is mandatory for all staff members who will be part of the recruitment process who have not yet completed safer recruitment training with REAch2.
